Refunds & Returns:
Items may be exchanged for another item or store credit within 14 days of purchase and must be in original condition with all packaging.This exchange/store credit is for faulty items only and does not apply to change of mind or wrongfully purchase items. In rare cases www.mobilebarn.com.au may be unable to source products displayed on our website due to the item no longer being available, in which case we will offer a similar substituted item at the same value or offer a store credit in the form of a voucher to be used on our web store.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Provider harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Provider, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Provider against liabilities arising out of;
Provider shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Provider makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Provider disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Provider and its employees.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement
Provider may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

By using our service you acknowledge you have read and understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree no estimate will be made, no work will be done, and no charges will apply.
You have requested a repair service from Mobilebarn Pty Ltd. Mobilebarn Pty Ltd will diagnose and service your device for a fee as described in paragraph 4 below.
Mobilebarn Pty Ltd will perform all necessary services to properly complete the repair of the issue documented . Mobilebarn Pty Ltd will not attempt to repair any additional issues that have not been documented by you without your specific approval. If our technicians find additional issues with your device besides what you have documented, you will be notified with an estimate of additional costs. Mobilebarn Pty Ltd does not guarantee any issues with your device undocumented by you will be observed or reported. You may assume if its not written down, it will not get done.
Mobilebarn Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject service to anyone at any time. You are required to inform us of any existing damage or issues with your device. If you fail to do so Mobilebarn Pty Ltd and its employees will not be responsible for any further or additional damage caused as a result.
Once service is complete, your payment for the actual costs incurred and the final sum owed, is due within 180 days or you agree to forfeit the device that has been repaired. A diagnostic fee of $25 will be charged if you elect not to proceed with a repair after the fault has been diagnosed. No items will be released for pickup until the full amount owing has been paid, unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted methods of payments are cash, direct bank deposit, or eftpos.
Mobilebarn Pty Ltd is not liable for, and you agree to hold Mobilebarn Pty Ltd & its employees harmless from any and all damages, costs, and expenses incurred as the result of any defect or damage to any software, hardware or data residing or recorded in your device, whether incurred during the course of Mobilebarn’ services or otherwise.
In repairing your equipment, Mobilebarn Pty Ltd warrants that the repair will be performed in a professional and timely manner. Repairs are warranted for a period of 90 days at the discretion of Mobilebarn Pty Ltd. This does not cover end user misuse, tampering, abuse, fire, theft, or accidental damage.
You agree and understand that it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to maintain copies of all important data on your device, and to obtain copies prior to authorizing Mobilebarn Pty Ltd to commence its services for you.
THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL SERVICES PERFORMEDFOR YOU BY MOBILEBARN PTY LTD. MOBILEBARN PTY LTD SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO SUCH ITEMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IF MOBILEBARN PTY LTD CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY. Limitation of Liability. IF ANY DAMAGE SHOULD OCCUR WHILE YOUR DEVICE IS BEING REPAIRED, MOBILEBARN PTY LTD HAS NO LIABILITY FOR THE COST OF THE DEVICE OR THE COST OF THE REPAIR OF THE AFFECTED DEVICE. MOBILEBARN PTY LTD ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE/REPAIR OF YOU DEVICE, WHETHER DUE TO MOBILEBARN’ ERROR OR NEGLIGENCE OR TO ANY OTHER REASON, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS THAT YOU PAY MOBILEBARN FOR SUCH SERVICE/REPAIR. MOBILEBARN HAS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER NOT OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PERMITTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT MOBILEBARN EXPRESSLY HAS NO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DATA OR SOFTWARE APPLICATION WHILES PERFORMING SERVICE/REPAIR. YOUR ONLY REMEDY UNDER THE REAPIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS TO SEEK RECOVER OF DAMAGES AGAINST MOBILEBARN IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED WHAT YOU PAID MOBILEBARN FOR THERE SERVICE.
