Refunds & returns for defective parts

PLEASE TEST THE SCREEN BEFORE INTALLING. We do test all parts prior to shipping and customer has to take the responsibility on replacing the part carefully. Please be advised that we highly recommend you to use a QUALIFIED technician for any sort of repair. Parts that damaged on repair will void the warranty ( Especially Broken flex cables).

Your entitlement to a refund or replacement for defective or damaged goods is outlined below. The warranty is calculated by the date of original purchase. 

  1. We offer a 12 MONTHS Limited Warranty for all the parts.
  2. We will post the replacement parts in 48 hours after we receive and test the faulty parts.
  3. The postage costs are non-refundable, and any postage costs to return items back to us are paid by the customer. All returns are subject to stock status and we reserve the right to offer a refund for the item instead of replacement.
  4. Defective/Faulty items are classified as items that mechanically malfunctioned NOT as a result of user error, which is classified as damage from the result of the user dropping, spilling, or in some way altering the original state of the product. Any scratches, cracks, dints or other damage will void the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse warranty on any items displaying any physical damage at our discretion.
  5. Please pack the defective items carefully to protect them from damage during shipping and post with reliable post method which offers tracking numbers. We are not liable for damage or lost during the shipment back to us.
  6. We recommend sending return by a traceable source of delivery so warranty could be processed smoothly. We take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
